Please read these terms and conditions before filling in your application form , and keep this copy for your records.

Terms and Conditions

•         You must be at least 18 years old on July 2^nd. 2009 ·         You must be prepared to work for at least twelve hours as directed and pre-briefed by your Event Manager. ·         All volunteers must attend one of the Steward Induction Meetings. ·         All volunteers will need to be flexible and will be part of a team. ·         Duties will be allocated wherever possible to your preferred areas, but no guarantees can be made. ·         If some of your duties clash with a performance you would like to witness, we will make every to accommodate this at the induction meetings, (but please be aware that it may not always be possible.) ·         We all, directors, managers and volunteers share a responsibility for the ongoing tidiness of all sites and venues across the weekend. ·         Drinking alcohol whilst on duty is not permitted. ·         Due to insurance and health and safety considerations we are sadly unable to accept anyone who wishes to keep their children with them. ·         All volunteer stewards will be entitled to a weekend wristband which admits to all venues - space permitting. You will also receive a free souvenir programme and free camping, if required, at the Chepstow Racecourse Festival Campsite. You will also receive our very grateful thanks. ·         Application Forms, accompanied by a passport sized photograph will be processed until Saturday 14^th June.
