1. We reserve the right to change artists or programmes as necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, without liability to pay any person any compensation except at the discretion of the Organisers.
2. Alcohol may be brought in to Chepstow Castle, but no glass or other items deemed dangerous by the Management.
3. Visitors with particular mobility difficulties are invited to contact us beforehand for their convenience and enjoyment of the event.
4. Wristbands sold are purchased for the Chepstow Folk Festival, and on the understanding that some venues may be oversubscribed. Entry to individual concerts is dependent on the availability of seating and early attendance is advised. The capacity of Chepstow Castle is 1800.
5. Bookings will be acknowledged by email/letter. The acknowledgement is your receipt and should be presented at the Box Office at the Chepstow Racecourse Camp Site from midday on Thursday 3rd July onwards when Wristbands can be collected by those who are camping. Wristbands must be worn at all times. Vehicle Camping Permits will be sent by post and must be displayed on vehicles at all times. Non campers Wristbands will be sent by post.
6. Wristbands are non-transferable. Refunds will be considered, on written request, up to May 1st and will be subject to a 25% administration fee.
7. While the campsite and all venues will be professionally marshalled in accordance with statutory guidelines, the Organisers accept no liability for loss or damage to persons or property however caused.
8. Mobile phones must be switched during performances.
9. The Management reserve the right to refuse admission and can require audience members to leave a venue without a refund. Late arrivals at performances may only be admitted during a suitable break in the concert.
10. Photographic, video and sound recording devices are not permitted during performances.
